Care & Maintenance
- Avoid Water Exposure:
Do not wear your watch in showers, saunas, or hot tubs. Extreme heat and steam can damage gaskets and compromise water resistance.
Only submerge your watch if it is explicitly rated for water resistance, and always ensure the crown is fully secured. - Keep Away from Magnets:
Avoid placing your watch near speakers, phones, or magnetic clasps, as strong magnetic fields can affect timekeeping accuracy. - Regular Wearing:
Automatic movements like the NH35 wind themselves through motion. Wearing your watch daily helps maintain accuracy. If not worn for several days, you may need to manually wind it (about 20–30 turns of the crown). - Cleaning:
Wipe your watch gently with a soft, dry cloth to remove moisture, sweat, and dust. For deeper cleaning, use a damp cloth on the case and bracelet—avoid soaking. - Service:
For best performance, have your watch serviced by a qualified watchmaker every 3–5 years. - Storage:
When not in use, store your watch in a cool, dry place, ideally in a watch box or case to prevent scratches and dust buildup.

Amsen Watches – 1-Year Workmanship Defect Warranty
Effective for all Amsen timepieces purchased directly through Amsen or an authorized retailer.
Amsen stands behind the quality of our craftsmanship. Your watch is protected by a 1-year limited warranty covering workmanship defects that occur under normal use.
What This Warranty Covers
- Manufacturing defects in the movement, hands, or dial
- Defects in case construction, crown, or crystal caused by improper assembly
- Any workmanship issue that affects the normal function of the watch
If a covered defect is confirmed, Amsen will repair or replace the watch or affected components at no charge.
What This Warranty Does NOT Cover
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage from accidents, drops, impacts, or misuse
- Water damage caused by exceeding stated water-resistance limits
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, strap wear, etc.)
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Damage from exposure to extreme environments (saunas, steam rooms, chemicals, etc.)
- Cosmetic issues not caused by manufacturing error
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To submit a claim:
- Email our support team at support@amsengroup.com
- Include proof of purchase, photos of the issue, and a description of the defect
- Ship the watch to us after receiving confirmation and instructions
Customers are responsible for inbound shipping. Amsen covers return shipping on approved warranty repairs.
Warranty Limitations
- Warranty coverage begins on the original purchase date.
- This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
- Amsen is not liable for incidental or consequential damages.
- Replacement components may be new or refurbished, at Amsen’s discretion.
